About the Journal

GNOSIS is a Refereed and Double blind Peer Review Print journal which publishes theoretical and research articles on English Literature and Language Quarterly (frequency). GNOSIS encourages fresh insights into new and established authors and texts and seeks to generate a serious debate on different multidisciplinary academic issues. We also encourage literary contributions in the form of original as well as translated poetry and fiction, book reviews and author interviews.

Objective of the journal is to disseminate knowledge through artistic and utilitarian study of English literature, language and other contemporary forms of culture as well as to provide a platform to academicians and scholars to exhibit their research intelligentia in this interdependent world.

Note: As a journal committed to quality research and writing, we are aware of the need to delink quality from publication cost. Hence, our decision to charge no publication fee from the scholars whose papers will be published in the issues of GNOSIS. At the same time since GNOSIS is a self-financed venture, co-operation and support in the form of subscriptions are solicited from the readers and admirers of English Literature and Language from all over the world.
