Prof. Alan Johnson

Alan Johnson is a Professor of English at Idaho State University. He specializes in postcolonial studies, with an emphasis on India, where he was raised. He's the author of Out of Bounds: Anglo-Indian Literature and the Geography of Displacement (2011) as well as several articles. He returns to India frequently, once as a Fulbrighter, and his current project is an ecological reading of Indian fiction.
